Enrollment terms
The AI App Production Bootcamp is a live online program run by Techclout. The founding cohort meets on eight Saturdays, Jan 9 – Feb 27, 2027, 10:00 AM–12:30 PM CT (11:00 AM New York · 4:00 PM London · 5:00 PM Lagos). There are 8 founding seats. The private 1:1 track is scheduled separately and does not use a founding seat.
Founding tuition is $1,999 paid in full, or two payments of $1,299 ($2,598 total). A company-sponsored seat is $3,499. Three or more company seats are $2,997 each and are invoiced; an invoice request does not reserve seats. The private track is $6,000. A founding seat is reserved only when Stripe (or a paid invoice) has cleared and fewer than 8 founding seats are already recorded. If a card payment arrives after the cap is full, Techclout refunds it and you are not enrolled. Refreshing the confirmation page does not create another seat.
The first payment of $1,299 reserves one founding seat if one is open. The second payment of $1,299 is due by February 5, 2027, before Weekend 5. It does not reserve an additional seat. Weekends 5–8 and any remaining 1:1 checkpoints are paused until the second payment clears. If it is still unpaid seven days after the due date, Techclout may release the seat after emailing you, and the first payment is not refunded unless the Weekend 2 refund window is still open.
Email training@techclout.io by the end of Saturday, January 16, 2027 (the end of Weekend 2) and Techclout will refund the tuition paid so far, in full, to the original payment method. After that moment, tuition is not refunded because a seat was held and the sessions were delivered. Tool subscriptions you buy yourself are not refunded by Techclout.
If you do the work and the project is not live by the end of Weekend 8, mentorship continues at no extra tuition until the project meets the production checklist on the program page (live URL, auth, database, one integration, a payment flow in test or live mode, deployment, monitoring, and a release checklist). "Do the work" means you attend each live session or watch the recording within seven days, and you complete that weekend's checkpoint. The guarantee ends if you stop responding for 30 days or you ask to withdraw.
If Techclout cancels the cohort before Weekend 1, tuition paid is refunded in full. If a session is rescheduled, you can take the recording plus a 1:1 catch-up, or request a refund of unused tuition if the new time is impossible for you and you say so within seven days. Techclout may remove someone who shares login details, harasses other participants, or uses the cohort to attack someone else's systems.
You own your project. Founding pricing asks for a recorded testimonial and permission to show the project after you ship; you can decline that permission and still keep the seat you paid for. Session recordings are for enrolled participants and are not a license to republish them.
Checking the box on checkout, or paying an invoice that links to this page, is acceptance of these terms. If the final terms differ in a material way before Weekend 1, Techclout will email the change and you may take a full refund before Weekend 1 instead of accepting it.
